Domestic and International Arbitration and Mediation

Mr. Levit charges $720 an hour for his service as an arbitrator and mediator as well as any related study and drafting work and time spent traveling in connection with his assignments plus his reasonable expenses. There is an additional charge of $150 an hour for each additional party in a mediation. He does not charge a cancellation fee but expects parties to give him timely notice of any settlement or change in plans.

On request Mr. Levit will supply names of arbitrators with whom he has served and lawyers who have used him as a mediator.
